Paa Kofi Osei- Owusu is the founder of CERATH Investments. Paa also heads the business development unit of CERATH. He is responsible for identifying viable business opportunities, and bringing them to the light of day. Paa is a business developer by profession holding a Bachelor’s degree in economics and sociology, and a Masters in Business Administration.  Paa possesses project management, communication, public speaking, fund raising and networking skills. He also has almost decade experience in the agricultural sector. These skills set contributed to his success as the Resource and Grants manager (Business Developer), of Conservation Alliance (CA) by increasing annual revenue of CA by 350 percent. Paa is full of innovations, and has been very instrumental in the transfer of many agriculture development technologies from Europe and Asia to Africa. Paa brings his experience in working with donors, investors and other private sector actors to CERATH. This has informed his knowledge and admiration for partnerships. Paa has a broad network of local and international connections, and thus he is sure bet to facilitate, push and launch initiatives.

International Relations Manager

The international relations manager of CERATH, Lucille Aba Abruquah is in charge of establishing, managing and monitoring progress for overseas investor referral sources. She ensures the success of processes such as transforming potential referral sources into CERATH’s referral partners. Lucille, having acquired in depth knowledge in Chinese culture and the business environment has been an asset to CERATH. Apart from earning her Masters’ degree in Management Science and Economics in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, majoring in international trade and economic development, she has also been a research and teaching assistant in Business statistics. She is well versed in issues of International trade and Economic development. She has carried out extensive research regarding international trade specifically China-Africa trade modeling and forecasting and agricultural cooperative development in China. Prior to earning her masters degree, Lucille worked as an administrative assistant of the Centre of International Education, University of Cape Coast assisting in the facilitation of study abroad programs and establishing partnerships with Universities to facilitate academic exchange. She is currently acquiring her PhD degree in Management Science and Economics in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Emmanuel Tetteh is a business and investment analyst in Cerath Investments. He works with the business development unit in developing the financials of projects and businesses, and also presenting opportunities to investors. He is also responsible for researching into business opportunities, liaising with strategic actors and advising management on investment decisions. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC).

Public Sector Relations Manager

I stand as the Public Sector relations Manager (PSRM) of Cerath Investment Limited. Lydia Atta-Saow performs a liaison functions advocating for the organizations within the public sector level (the Ghana Government with its related Agencies). The PSRM creates strong relationships, and foster the existing relationships with the Ministries and other governmental agencies while developing/implementing strategies to secure support for CERATH. Apart from this, the PSRM develops relationships and maintain these relationships for the purpose of ensuring and expanding governmental support.

Lydia Atta-Saow is a self-motivated, ambitious person who has an eye for detail for each task that she undertakes or situation presented with a strong interpersonal and networking skills and ability to negotiate and effectively advocate on behalf of the organization.  Lydia’s  academic background  include first degree in publishing studies majoring in editing from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(K.N.U.S.T)  and an MBA(marketing) from Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA).

With my successful development experience, in advocating with the government, and serving with the Ghana Free Zones Board for more than 5years, I have aided in attracting investors into the country in the area of the Ghana Free Zones concept. Based on this, companies such as Usibras Ghana Limited; Brazilian company, DTRT Apparel Limited; American company; Eco roofing Company; Korean company and Cosmo Seafood’s company limited; Korean company have been attracted to locate in Ghana  and use Ghana as a hub to other West African and European sub Regions. This was achieved through Business-Business meetings facilitated through the Trade Ministry.

With these exposure and skills, I with my team seeks to achieve our said objectives with excellence.
